MS4A15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 994 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MS4A15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A15-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by MS4A15-low versus MS4A15-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
