MS4A14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,502 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L2, WIPF1, and ALOX5. Each is linked with MS4A14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A14-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A14 versus TNFAIP8L2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
