MS4A14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,038 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chondrocyte hypertrophy, Growth plate cartilage chondrocyte growth, and Regulation of immune complex clearance by monocytes and macrophages. Each is linked with MS4A14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A14-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chondrocyte hypertrophy grouped by MS4A14-low versus MS4A14-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
