MS4A14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A14-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, DGKK, and MYH7. Each is linked with MS4A14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A14-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS grouped by MS4A14-low versus MS4A14-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
