The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MS4A10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MS4A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and READ are the cancer types where MS4A10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
