MS4A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27, p90 RSK, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MS4A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A10-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27 grouped by MS4A10-low versus MS4A10-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
