Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL1, PTPRF, and DYNC2H1. Each is linked with MS4A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A10-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A10 results are reported.
