MS4A10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3, TAFA1, and THNSL1. Each is linked with MS4A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A10-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3 grouped by MS4A10-low versus MS4A10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
