MS4A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,066 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF3IP3, PTPN7, and WAS. Each is linked with MS4A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A1-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A1 versus TRAF3IP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
