MS4A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,880 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL10RA, TRBV5-1, and TRBV3-1. Each is linked with MS4A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A1-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A1 versus IL10RA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
