Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,573 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of calcium ion transport into cytosol. Each is linked with MS4A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A1-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A1 results are reported.
