Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRTO4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRTO4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MRTO4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRTO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, ESCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where MRTO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
