Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-543P, RNU6-279P, and RNU2-47P. Each is linked with MRTO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTO4-to-partner and partner-to-MRTO4 results are reported.
