Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRTO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,715 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTO4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, RNA 5'-end processing, and rRNA 5'-end processing. Each is linked with MRTO4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTO4-to-partner and partner-to-MRTO4 results are reported.
