MRTFB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,960 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTFB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, WDR5, and PRDM1_S272. Each is linked with MRTFB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTFB-to-partner and partner-to-MRTFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRTFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRTFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
