MRTFB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTFB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,452 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are EARS2, ELOB, and DNAJA3. Each is linked with MRTFB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTFB-to-partner and partner-to-MRTFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRTFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRTFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
