MRTFA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,664 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTFA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPM4, C1R, and C1S. Each is linked with MRTFA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTFA-to-partner and partner-to-MRTFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRTFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRTFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
