Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL378P, DNAJC5G, and HPGD. Each is linked with MRS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRS2 versus RN7SL378P in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
