Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV23OR9-2, ELMO2P1, and RNU6-73P. Each is linked with MRS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRS2 results are reported.
