Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,506 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, Negative regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Nuclear pore complex assembly. Each is linked with MRS2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus grouped by MRS2-low versus MRS2-high in STOMACH.
