Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, CHST8, and STATH. Each is linked with MRS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRS2 results are reported.
