MRPS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, SNW1, and CPSF3. Each is linked with MRPS9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS9 versus SSB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
