Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,345 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, SYDE1, and CEACAM4. Each is linked with MRPS9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS9 versus ZEB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
