MRPS9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A17, USP14, and GRIN2D. Each is linked with MRPS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS9-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A17 grouped by MRPS9-low versus MRPS9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
