MRPS5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, CDC73, and POLR1E. Each is linked with MRPS5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS5-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5 versus MSH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
