Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, GSK1070916, and NSC-207895. Each is linked with MRPS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS5-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mirin grouped by MRPS5-low versus MRPS5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
