Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS36P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,479 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS36P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle fusion, miRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process. Each is linked with MRPS36P4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS36P4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS36P4 results are reported.
