Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS36P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,489 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS36P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosome to lysosome transport, Regulation of stem cell differentiation, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with MRPS36P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS36P2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS36P2 results are reported.
