MRPS36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH3, ERBIN, and TBCA. Each is linked with MRPS36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS36 versus MSH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS36→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
