Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,549 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration, and Telencephalon glial cell migration. Each is linked with MRPS36 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS36 results are reported.
