MRPS35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,405 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are AEBP1, CNRIP1, and ADAMTS10. Each is linked with MRPS35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35 versus AEBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
