MRPS35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS35 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS35-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MRPS35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by MRPS35-low versus MRPS35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
