Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,470 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Ubiquinone biosynthetic process, and Quinone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MRPS35 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS35 results are reported.
