MRPS31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,802 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGT1, PDS5B, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with MRPS31 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS31-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS31 versus SUGT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS31→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
