MRPS31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS31-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL6, VGLL3, and ZEB2. Each is linked with MRPS31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS31-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS31 versus LHFPL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS31→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
