MRPS31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS31 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS31-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with MRPS31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS31-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by MRPS31-low versus MRPS31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS31→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
