Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPS30 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MRPS30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, MESO, and COAD are the cancer types where MRPS30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
