Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS30-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEXN, LBH, and MRAS. Each is linked with MRPS30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS30-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS30 versus NEXN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
