MRPS30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS30-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9S24P, TRGJP1, and LINC02116. Each is linked with MRPS30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS30-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9S24P grouped by MRPS30-low versus MRPS30-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
