MRPS28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, VCPIP1, and TCEA1. Each is linked with MRPS28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS28 versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
