Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1A, CLEC11A, and PLA2G5. Each is linked with MRPS28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS28 versus TUBA1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
