MRPS28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS28-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2B-IT1, MIR3927, and RNA5SP453. Each is linked with MRPS28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2B-IT1 grouped by MRPS28-low versus MRPS28-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
