MRPS26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,245 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS26-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROMO1, NTHL1, and NOP56. Each is linked with MRPS26 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS26-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS26 versus ROMO1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS26→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
