MRPS26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,424 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCNA, TRMT6, and CRNKL1. Each is linked with MRPS26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS26-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS26 versus PCNA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS26→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
