MRPS26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS26-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L1, RNU6-543P, and RNA5SP472. Each is linked with MRPS26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS26-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L1 grouped by MRPS26-low versus MRPS26-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS26→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
