Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,694 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Malate transport. Each is linked with MRPS26 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS26-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS26 results are reported.
