MRPS24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,728 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1F, VPS13C_S737, and PBLD. Each is linked with MRPS24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS24 versus POLR1F in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
