Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,008 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS24-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1A, RASSF2, and DCN. Each is linked with MRPS24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS24 versus TUBA1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
