MRPS24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH12P1, LINC02210-CRHR1, and IL9. Each is linked with MRPS24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS24-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH12P1 grouped by MRPS24-low versus MRPS24-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS24→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
