MRPS23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,296 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN2L, COIL, and U2SURP. Each is linked with MRPS23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS23-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS23 versus ATXN2L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
